The Opportunity:
Actúa como líder organizacional para herramientas de soporte de ventas, incluyendo la biblioteca de literatura, muestras, alta de nuevos productos y desarrollo de materiales colaterales.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
- Colaborar en la organización de ferias comerciales, entrenamientos de los representantes de ventas, talleres y webinars, desde correos electrónicos pre y post-evento hasta el registro en línea, diseño del stand, capacitación interna del equipo y análisis ROI del evento.
- Ejecutar las necesidades de stand y merchandising para cumplir con todos los plazos de las ferias.
- Liderar proyectos internos de comunicaciones de marketing desde la iniciación hasta la finalización.
- Analizar y generar reportes de desempeño de las campañas comerciales estratégicas.
- Coordinar la agenda de trabajo en campo de los representantes de ventas con los especialistas internos o de los fabricantes estratégicos.
- Administrar las solicitudes de muestras internas y desarrollar kits de muestras de productos de enfoque para los representantes de ventas, dando seguimiento al resultado de la evaluación de los clientes.
- Gestionar y ejecutar el alta de nuevos productos y reportar sus indicadores.
- Realizar otras tareas según se asignen
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Licenciatura en Negocios o Mercadotecnia o carrera afín
- 2-5 años de experiencia aplicable, preferiblemente en marketing.
- Experiencia en ciencias y/o eventos es una ventaja.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

Inglés deseable (B2)
Excelentes habilidades organizativas, automotivación y habilidades creativas para resolver problemas. - Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas debido a proyectos superpuestos y demandas de volumen.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación.
- Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y establecimiento de prioridades debido al volumen de la carga de trabajo del proyecto.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) es esencial para toda la comunicación y análisis requeridos en esta posición.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente así como en equipo.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)
Typically works in an office with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 25 lbs.
