OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Ejecuta el mantenimiento programado y no programado, de los equipos, procesos y áreas de PSM.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ACTIVIDADES
- Ejecutar las ordenes de trabajo de los mantenimientos preventivo que el SAP arroje y además las que el supervisor le asigne y con base en los procedimientos establecidos en el área.
- Realizar los mantenimientos correctivos a los equipos críticos y no críticos e instalaciones siguiendo los procedimientos del área.
- Conservar organizados y en buen estado el espacio para las refacciones y herramientas de uso personal y general.
- Atender y reportar desperfectos, anomalías y desajustes de equipos críticos y no críticos e instalaciones al supervisor; para su ajuste y reparación parcial o total.
- Ejecutar las solicitudes de apoyo en el proceso de producción o cualquier desperfecto en las instalaciones de su área.
REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA
- Preparatoria Terminada.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos y maquinaria industriales.
- Manejo de máquinas y herramientas eléctricas (torno, fresadora, pulidora, cortadora, taladro).
- Operaciones Unitarias (metrología, conversiones).
- Herramientas de medición (amperímetro, multímetro, pie de rey, flexómetro).
- Electricidad Industrial (arranque y paro de motores a 2 y 3 hilos, instalaciones eléctricas industriales).
- Licencia de chofer vigente.
