The Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for efficiency. If you enjoy diving into data, managing budgets, and making strategic decisions backed by models and metrics, this role is for you. You will have a direct impact on the profitable growth of a fast-scaling international eCommerce brand.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across marketplaces
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, and Costco.
- Design and update performance models (ACOS, TACOS, RPC, LTV/CAC).
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets with a focus on profitability.
- Analyze keyword, product, and seasonality trends to recommend actions.
- Calculate and control daily, campaign, and platform-specific budgets with a strong emphasis on strict expense control.
- Manage advertising budgets by channel, product line, and category.
- Implement automation rules to ensure scalable and efficient ad operations.
- Perform deep analysis of campaign performance to surface actionable insights.
- Present learnings and strategic recommendations to commercial and finance leadership.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, strategic & financial planning.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power Query knowledge preferred. Experience with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus.
- Design and update performance models (ACOS, TACOS, RPC, LTV/CAC).
- Working with monthly budgets with a focus on profitability.
- Commercial knowledge (P&L, advertising investment with an understanding of business P&L, consumer goods or pharma or similar categories)
- Experience with campaign analysis SQL databases to manage, store, and transform data, with a solid understanding of data structure and storage principles
- Analysis of campaign performance, results and
- Proven track record with eCommerce ad platforms.
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency.
