Position Summary
With limited supervision, the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist to lead and support integrated digital campaigns that elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive measurable results. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital channels, requiring fluency in both Spanish and English and a deep understanding of the Mexican digital landscape.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Create customer engagement campaigns to promote existing customer interaction in target industries and / or markets
- Execute proactive and independent customer acquisition via digital marketing
- Maintain the sales prospect and lead process to ensure proper execution and follow-up.
- Manage prospect lists, and their campaign association, for upload into CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Marketing Cloud/Pardot). Ensure lists are clean prior to upload using data append tools such as Zoom Info or LinkedIn Navigator to supplement minimum data sets for improved prospect engagement through our lead qualification and nurture programs, and lead assignment in CRM.
- Keep record of sources and conversions to increase the effectiveness of our content and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate and communicate with marketing and sales team members to ensure the delivery of a consistent flow of qualified leads to our sales teams through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with design, content agencies to align messages, contents and objectives by campaign.
- Contribute and generate insights from users, audience and markets to enhance inbound marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to understand impacts and requirements prior, during and after designing campaigns.
- Organize MEAU participation on Tradeshows, seminars and related promotional events
- Manage agencies for Promo Items, Photography, design and vendors related to marketing communications activities.

Education
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing in Latin America.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Understanding of cultural nuances in Mexican consumer behavior.
- Working knowledge of major automation products and the industries that they serve, including but not limited to PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo and Motion Systems, CNC, Robots and LVS
- Experience in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress
