We are currently searching for a DevOps Developer:
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
- Manage source control systems, ensuring consistency and collaboration via Git.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain awareness of machine specs, UNIX operations, RDMS functionality, and XML configurations.
- Understand the needs and constraints of financial systems to ensure effective DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CI/CD environments.
- Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong experience with version control (Git) and scripting/automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with UNIX environments, RDBMS operations, and XML manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and support business-critical systems.
Desired:
- Background or knowledge in financial markets.
- Leadership qualities and ability to train or mentor others.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.

- Hybrid (3 days on-site per week. Paseo de la Reforma, CDMX).
