What you will do:
The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups
Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.
Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue
Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.
Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.
Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.
Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.

What we look for:
Required
Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required
4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus)
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.
Use of various software and computer applications, such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs, required

Preferred:
Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus)
