Job Description
Main Objective:
Lead customer-focused quality strategy by aligning customer requirements with the Bosch system, managing failures, process/product changes, and PPAP documentation to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
What challenges will you have?
- Execute reports and meetings for Top Management based on project volume and claim trends.
- Manage through your team: customer claims, engineering changes, and new projects, ensuring use of structured methodologies and compliance with documentation/response standards.
- Administer, lead, motivate, and recognize Human Resources under your supervision, guaranteeing their training and development through company-provided tools.
- Coordinate the complete non-conformance management cycle for external audits through documentation, escalation to involved areas, and corrective action validation to close quality gaps.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization during external quality campaigns (sampling, testing, etc.), guaranteeing timely customer attention.
- Ensure team participation in audits (internal/external), securing proper documentation of customer failures, product/process releases, and timely execution of annual validations.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Quality Control Methods , Leadership and Customer Satisfaction
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Advanced English level (fluency speaking, written communication)
Technical Knowledge
- Experience with OEM’s requirements
- Strong knowledge on Automotive Core Tools
- Problem Solving Methodologies
