Roles & Responsibilities
PLATFORM EXPERTISE TOOL ACTIVATION
As an expert that has a deep technical understanding of Hotmart platform, you will act as a consultant for our clients, matching their needs with our tools. This will make you a crucial part of driving platform adoption across various segments of our clients.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT
- Client training;
- Client support;
- Business data analysis;
- Engage with clients at corporate events;
- Launch configurations and checklist;
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with account managers, sales and marketing to align activities with overall business objectives.
Act as a POC with the product and product marketing teams, ensuring they receive important client feedback and guaranteeing GTM teams are updated on the latest product enhancements and changes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success agent;
- Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model, going three days in the office.
- Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+).
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships within the industry.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
