RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
- Ser el principal contacto con los clientes (Stellantis, GM, Ford, Jaguar, Subaru).
- Mantener el Score Card de cliente o las certificaciones que sean aplicables
- Monitoreo diario de portales de cliente (Stellantis, GM, Ford, Jaguar, Suabru).
- Dar seguimiento a quejas de cliente 0km (NCT, SPPS, QA, QR’s PRO, PRC) y garantías, contestado en tiempo y forma de acuerdo con la metodología de solución establecida por cliente y sus requerimientos.
- Liderar análisis de solución de problemas para quejas de cliente 0KM y/o garantías con el equipo multidisciplinario.
- Gestionar visitas de cliente a planta BorgWarner Saltillo.
- Gestionar visitas a planta cliente cuando sea necesario.
- Dar seguimiento a los costos generados por quejas 0Km, Garantías, contenciones en planta cliente y/o en planta BorgWarner Saltillo.
- Realizar disputas a quejas o cargos monetarios de clientes generados por mala calidad no atribuibles a los procesos de manufactura de BorgWarner Saltillo.
- Participación en auditorias de cliente.
- Actualizacion de los indicadores de: Quejas de Cliente 0 Km, Garantías y costos generados de los mismos.
- Involucramiento en nuevos proyectos.
