Country Head, Mexico WHS
Mexico City (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)
- Lead and deliver on sales, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute annual strategic and commercial plans aligned with Sonova’s global vision.
- Drive market penetration and expansion, successfully launching new products and services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, distributors, and partners.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a motivated sales and marketing organization.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the face of Sonova in Mexico, representing the business with credibility and impact.
- 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and general management, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
- Strong background in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods; retail healthcare experience is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong financial skills (P&L ownership).
- Outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Cross-functional and cross-cultural management experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both required).
