As part of a legal team with 200 attorneys and paraprofessionals, your focus will be on employment law, corporate compliance, litigation support, intellectual property, financial crime and transaction support.About the team:What you will be doing:• Prepare and negotiate contracts while providing legal advice and counsel to business units in areas that include software licensing, data security, privacy and regulatory matters.• Performing legal research and analysis on commercial contracts and information technology law issues.• Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development and compliance. What you will need:• Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts.• Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions relating to various business matters.• A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
