At TikTok LIVE, we are the Content Design & Localization Team, driven by a mission to connect global viewers and streamers through impactful content and unlock unparalleled cross-cultural engagement via localization. We are the architects of language, serving as content strategy advocates, UX specialists, and international live-streaming experts. Our craft involves shaping the user experience through precise UX copy, optimizing our reach by refining go-to-market campaign materials, defining our voice by establishing the brand's tonal identity and offering scalable solutions for product development. Beyond words, we serve as critical cross-cultural translators, diligently identifying compliance risks and dismantling communication barriers. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every LIVE session achieves seamless, authentic resonance for users across all cultural backgrounds.

We're seeking a writer to work closely with Product Management, Product Operations, Regional Operations, Design, and Localization teams to craft compelling campaign content for TikTok. Your writing will effectively educate users while driving engagement with product features. Collaborating with local operations teams and localization specialists, you'll ensure high-quality GTM materials tailored to the LATAM/US Latino market. Additionally, you'll contribute to maintaining and refining our style guidelines.

You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. You're also a strategic communicator, helping to define product narratives in conjunction with your team.

Responsibilities
- Write and own the quality of TikTok campaigns and content in Spanish Latino
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product operations, regional operations, designers, and localization to set a high bar for GTM content
- Ensure consistency between global campaigns localized into LATAM/US Latino and local campaigns written in Spanish
- Proof read and edit a small amount of English content when needed
- Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices
- Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders
- Identify process improvements to optimize collaboration
- Collaborate with, influence, and drive consensus with stakeholders and their feedback
- Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
