Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Draft, review, and revise supplier contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Negotiate terms with vendors to secure favorable and risk-mitigated agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
- Identify and address contractual risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain consistency by leveraging company-approved templates.
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders on supplier contract matters.
- Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and terminations to ensure continuity.
- Support compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
- Solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience or knowledge in procurement processes, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate vendor relationships effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment, ideally supporting international stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
