WE ARE HIRING: Content Governance Assistant (Beauty) Requirements *Background in Communication, Information Science, Marketing, Content Management, or a related field.*Previous experience (preferred) in digital content management, documentation, or editorial compliance/QA roles.*Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS), metadata tagging, and publishing workflows.*Ability to work with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.).*Intermediate to advanced level of English (especially if working with bilingual or international content). Activities *Responsible for properly documenting and archiving every action performed by influencers (post, reel, story), ensuring traceability, legal compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.*Support the implementation and monitoring of policies, standards, and processes related to content creation, management, and publishing within the organization.*Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and strategic content objectives.
