Objective
Drive effective planning, monitoring, and optimization of production capacity across assigned plants, ensuring alignment between customer demand and available resources, infrastructure, and processes, while securing consistent achievement of delivery, quality, and cost targets
- Develop and oversee production plans that align customer demand with available plant capacity, resources, and infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor plant capacity utilization, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve throughput.
- Implement initiatives to balance workloads across plants, ensuring optimal use of resources and infrastructure.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (delivery, quality, cost, and productivity).
- Identify variances against targets, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans.
Position Requirements
- Capacity Planning methods and tools.
- Interpretation of forecast, manufacturing plans, layouts and operation reports.
- Data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
- English proficient.
