This Business Operations Analyst I is going to be supporting the team developing training material, providing specialized support to cross functional team and maintaining updated the training backlog.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing training programs, including content, materials, and delivery methods
- Developing training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and online modules
- Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other learning events, both in-person and virtually
- Assist with larger projects/process changes as it relates to Business Operations
- Cross-functional support among teams within the organization
- Training Backlog Maintenance.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience years of Experience developing training materials and content.
- Experience with Articulate or similar tools.
- Advanced English
- Experience working with cross functional teams.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
