How you will make a difference?
- Ensure network integrity and ongoing support for Tress and Innova systems – System operation, support and user maintenance as these systems are not supported by Corporate IT group.
- Develop and execute periodic and ad hoc reports from Tress, Innova and other systems or Databases utilized in the operation.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning for the MXLA region requirements.
- Support and/or manage Payroll and Finance system implementation projects, including coordination with consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Create and deliver regional training materials on Tress, Innova, and PBI enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
- Conduct training sessions for Finance and operational management teams.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, meeting preparation, and creation of support materials.
- Travel regionally to support training and implementation efforts.
