This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the Day Will Look Like
Our administrative assistants handle tasks from senior leaders, adapt to changing office dynamics and collaborate on special projects. We rely on them to manage sensitive information, communicate efficiently with internal teams, clients, and other collaborators, both face-to-face and remotely, across various industries and regions.

Beyond scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating sophisticated meeting logistics, or preparing and proofreading presentations and correspondence, this team is a core part of our business. Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
Colleagues in this role are encouraged to demonstrate excellent customer service, integrity and teamwork. As the work is for a global audience, the team requires colleagues with strong verbal and written communication skills, advanced writing and proofreading capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Successful team members are organized and creative problem-solvers with project management experience to help keep tasks on track.
A few critical skills include:
- Self-motivated teammate who works independently and communicates progress
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 6 years’ proven experience.
- English proficiency, at C1 level.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
